Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. Lammstek
Ca 1,5 benfri lammstek
Fyll lammsteken med färsk rosmarin, persilja och vitlök. Bind ihop steken och bryn den runtom. Lägg steken i en form eller gryta och stek den i ugn tills den har en innertemperatur på 65-67 grader.
När steken är klar så ta ut den och pensla den med en glace gjord på whisky, honung och hackad färsk mynta. På med grillen och högsta värmen. Sätt in steken igen och griljera tills den har en mörk, trevlig yta. Ta ut steken och låt den vila i ca fem minuter innan du skär den i skivor.
Vitlöksås
Ca 6-7 hela vitlökar
2 dl vispgrädde
2 dl mjölk
2 dl steksky eller buljong
Ev 1-2 msk beurre manié (=Lika delar smör och mjöl arbetas samman till en pasta för redning.)
Ca 1 tsk salt
Skala vitlöksklyftorna. Koka dem i grädde och mjölk på svag värme under lock tills de börjar bli mosiga. Ca 15-30 minuter. Kör sedan vitlök och gräddmjölk i en foodprocessor eller mixer. Häll tillbaka moset i kastrullen. Tillsätt steksky eller buljong och red med beurre manié. Låt sedan såsen koka 3-5 minuter. Smaka av med salt och ev lite citronsaft.
Timjanspotatis
Oskalad rengjord potatis
Timjan, färsk eller torkad
Grovsalt
Klyfta potatis och skölj den. Lägg den i en ugnsfast form och strö rikligt med timjan och grovsalt.
Baka i ugnen i 200 grader tills potatisen känns mjuk.
